What spa services do you provide?
We offer Salon and Spa services including haircuts, hair color, blowouts, updos, no chip gel or regular polish manicures and pedicures, facial treatments, back facials, facial peels, lash lifts, lash & brow tinting, makeup applications, waxing and massages.
Can I get multiple services at once?
Yes, mix and match your favorite services or schedule one of our half or full spa day packages.
Can you accommodate spa parties?
Yes! We can accommodate bridal parties, corporate groups, or anywhere from 2 guests up to 10 depending on the day and availability.
What is your preferred spa etiquette?
Please do not bring small children to your appointment, and leave your phone on silent during your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
A credit, debit, or gift card covering the total value secures your booking and we require an advanced notice to reschedule or cancel, 24 hours is preferred. A no-call, no-show appointment will be charged in full.
Should I arrive early for my spa services?
Yes, for spa treatments in our Rockford location, including facials and massages, please arrive 15 minutes early to get checked in and changed into your robe and slippers.
If you would like to take advantage of our complimentary steam room or showers, please arrive 30 minutes early instead (Available in Rockford only).
In our Beloit location, we ask you arrive 5 minutes early.

Should I shower before my spa treatment?
Showering before a spa treatment is not required. However, if you would like to, you may use the complimentary showers in our Rockford location before your service.
What should I wear for my spa service?
You should dress comfortably. In our Rockford location, robes and slippers are provided to wear for spa services. Towels, razors, shower caps, and toiletries are provided for use in the showers and steam rooms. Brushes, blow dryers, and flat irons are available upon request to use in the locker room.
Is the tip included in the pricing?
Tips are not included in the service price. Tipping is not required, but greatly appreciated.
