What's the inspiration for our logo?

Nefertiti was Queen of Egypt during the early 14th Century B.C.E. She possessed legendary beauty. "The beautiful one is here" is the ancient Egyptian meaning of Nefertiti. She is a timeless symbol of consummate beauty.

Are salon services available for all ages?

DaySpa services are available for those 15 years and older. We do not have daycare services. For the relaxation of all of our guests, please leave your children with a caregiver while visiting the spa.

Can I try a different consultant?

For your benefit, our employees work as a team. If you prefer to work with a different consultant, please let us know.

What is your cancellation policy?

To best serve all our guests, we ask that you call at least 24 hours prior to your service appointment to cancel . For spa packages, call at least 5 days prior to your spa appointment to cancel. WM calls 24 to 72 hours in advance to confirm appointments. Please call us if you don't receive a confirmation. For services scheduled for 2 people or 2 hours or more we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited.

How does your scheduling system work?

To ensure that your next appointment is convenient and your services are well-maintained, we recommend reserving an appointment before you leave.

What's your payment policy?

We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks, WM gift cards, and major credit cards. Gift cards must be presented at time of payment. (Please note: We do not accept Spa Wish, Spa Finder or Spa Week Gift Cards)

Can I return products that I have purchased?

We will accept product returns with a receipt for exchange or credit within 30 days. We do not issue cash refunds. Gift cards, Aveda cosmetics and nail polishes are non-refundable.

Is smoking permitted in the Salon?

Smoking is not permitted in our DaySpa Salon.

Can I use my cell phone while I am at the spa?

All cellphones must be turned to vibrate or off in the salon and turned off in your locker while in the spa.

How do your gift cards and certificates work?

Gift Cards are available in any denomination and can be used for all of our services, products, and DaySpa packages. Gift cards never expire - not redeemable for cash.

What's your tipping policy?

As WM professionals, tipping is not expected; however, it is appreciated.

Our prices and level reflect our Consultants' demand of time. Our DaySpa Salon works as a team so f you can't get in with your preferred consultant we invite you to try another.
