WM calls 24 to 72 hours in advance to confirm appointments. Please call us if you don't receive a confirmation. For services scheduled for 2 people or 2 hours or more we ask that you give us 24 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited.
Do you have a tipping policy?
Tipping is not expected. However, it is appreciated.
Can I return products purchased from WM DaySpa Salon?
30 days with receipt for exchange or in-store credit - no cash refunds. We are sorry, we cannot accept returns of cosmetics, CBD and nail polish.
When should I arrive to my SPA appointment?
Beloit Location: We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your service to enjoy a complimentary beverage before your appt. begins and to fill out any necessary paperwork. Rockford Location: We kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes early if you would like to take advantage of our complimentary showers and steam room prior to your service, or at least 15 minutes prior to ensure you can check-in and change before your service begins.
What should I wear?
Beloit Location: You should wear what is comfortable to you. Lockers are provided in each treatment room to store your garments during your time in the spa. Rockford Location: You should wear what is comfortable to you. When you arrive to the DaySpa for services, you will be given a robe and slippers to change into. Lockers are provided to store your garments during your time in the spa.
Should I shave before my appointment?
When receiving facials, massages, body treatments, and pedicures, we recommend you do not shave immediately before your appointment, to prevent irritation to the skin.
What amenities does your spa offer?
At our Rockford Location, we offer complimentary showers and steam rooms in both our Men's and Women's locker rooms. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided.At both our Rockford and Beloit locations we have a relaxing Quiet Room for our guests to enjoy before and after their appointment. We offer various complimentary beauty/styling products, as well as a blow dryer and flat iron to use after your spa service. We provide complimentary water and hot Aveda Comforting Tea. A glass of wine is available upon request.
Should I fully disrobe for my spa service?
Most of our guests will disrobe fully for their spa service. Your massage therapist or esthetician will always ensure you are properly draped and comfortable. You will never be exposed in an unprofessional way. Our therapists prefer that you are completely undressed. If you would like to leave your undergarments on, you may, but we do ask that you remove your bra due to the upper body massaging in our spa treatments. Massages, Body Treatments and Facials are provided in private treatment rooms and professional body draping eliminates the vulnerability of exposure. It is most important that you are comfortable while you are here, so you should undress to your comfort level.
Should I use the steam room before or after my massage?
You may use the steam room either before or after your massage; however, using the steam room before may help to relax you and your muscles before the massage begins.
Can I receive a spa service if I am pregnant?
Yes! We have facials and massages that are suitable for pregnancy. Please mention that you are pregnant when booking your appointment. If booking online, please be aware that not all services are recommended during pregnancy. We do request a doctor's note to perform a prenatal massage.
I have a medical condition. Can I receive a spa service?
Unfortunately, spa services may not be safe or may require some limitations for individuals with certain medical conditions. If you are under the care of a doctor, we recommend you consult your physician before receiving spa services.
Should I tell my service provider if I have allergies?
Yes! Please share any allergies with us so that we can ensure your service does not cause any adverse reactions.
Can I receive a service if I have a cold?
Receiving a treatment will not affect you any differently if you have a cold, though some symptoms may make the experience less enjoyable. However, please keep in mind that if you are contagious, it is best to stay home and prevent the spread of illness. We would be happy to reschedule your appointment once you are feeling better!
How do your gift cards and certificates work?
Gift cards are: not redeemable for cash, not returnable, may not be used for gratuity, or to purchase another gift card. Never expires and may be used toward any services or products!
When booking services that total 2 hours or more, we do ask that a 25% deposit be made to hold the appointment(s).
Why do your prices vary?
Our prices and levels reflect our consultants' demand of time. Our DaySpa Salon works as a team, so if you can't get in with your preferred consultant we invite you to try another.
What's the inspiration for our logo?
Nefertiti was Queen of Egypt during the early 14th Century B.C.E. She possessed legendary beauty. "The beautiful one is here" is the ancient Egyptian meaning of Nefertiti. She is a timeless symbol of consummate beauty.
Are salon services available for all ages?
DaySpa services are available for those 15 years and older. We do not have daycare services. For the relaxation of all of our guests, please leave your children with a caregiver while visiting the spa.
Do I need an appointment to visit your DaySpa Salon?
In order to best serve you, we recommend you make an appointment in advance. Walk-ins and same-day appointments are welcome, but subject to availability. Appointments may be made over the phone or online. To ensure that your next appointment is convenient and your services are well-maintained, we recommend making your next reservation before you leave.
Can I try a different consultant?
For your benefit, our employees work as a team. If you prefer to work with a different consultant, please let us know.
Is smoking permitted in the Salon?
Smoking is not permitted in our DaySpa Salon. For your benefit an air purification system as been installed
Can I use my cell phone while I am at the spa?
For the privacy of all our guests, we ask that all cellphones be turned to vibrate or off in the salon and turned off in your locker while in the spa.
